Using this site

Calaris Studio is a sole proprietorship operating online from Thane, Maharashtra, trading as Calaris Studio. Continuing to browse, or placing an order, constitutes acceptance of these terms and every policy linked below. If that does not suit, please leave the site.

Your login

Ordering is possible as a guest or with an account. Where you hold an account, its password is yours to protect and its activity is your responsibility. Report any unauthorised access to [email protected]. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

Currency, price and payment

Prices appear in Indian rupees, inclusive of any tax that applies. We are below the GST registration threshold and are not GST registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is issued. Payment is by UPI for prepaid orders or Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes; we do not accept cards.

Prices and stock can change without notice. If an error means an item was listed at the wrong price, we will tell you before dispatch and you can confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Order acceptance

The confirmation email acknowledges receipt rather than acceptance. A contract exists only once the goods are dispatched. Grounds for declining an order include exhausted stock, an unserviceable PIN code, a pricing error, or unverifiable details.

Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery, returns and cancellation are each governed by their own policy page, and those pages are incorporated into these terms.

Ownership of content

The text, layout, photography and branding on this site belong to Calaris Studio unless stated otherwise. Marks owned by others are used only to identify what an item is, and remain theirs. Republishing our content commercially needs written permission.

Liability limits

The site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, Calaris Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or from any product purchased through it, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory. This clause does not affect any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your Consumer Protection Act, 2019 rights.

Jurisdiction

The governing law is that of India — notably the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Disputes fall to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane.
