No charge to cancel before we pack
An order can be cancelled at no cost any time before it is dispatched. After that it becomes a return, and the Refund and Returns Policy takes over.
Cancel before we pack
Send your order number to [email protected] during the processing stage, the 1 to 2 business days before the courier collects. We charge nothing to cancel. A prepaid amount goes back to its source within 5 to 7 business days, in line with Reserve Bank of India timelines.
Once packed and picked up
Once the parcel is with the courier we cannot pull it back. You can refuse delivery, or accept it and start a return under the Refund and Returns Policy. Refusing a Cash on Delivery parcel before it is handed over costs you nothing at all.
If we have to cancel
There are times we have to cancel, such as damaged stock, a mispriced listing, or an unverifiable order. In every case we say why and refund the full sum, including any delivery you were charged.
Partial cancellation
Where an order has several lines and one is out of stock, we can cancel that line and send the rest — tell us which you would rather have and we will follow it.
Expect a cancellation refund within 5 to 7 business days. Nothing is deducted.
