Delivery, payment and returns, alongside the stickers and journaling supplies questions we hear weekly.
Are the stickers waterproof?
Only the lines the supplier describes that way, and the listing says so. Paper sticker sheets are listed as paper.
Will vehicle decals damage paint?
Removable vinyl decals are listed as removable. We repeat the supplier’s own wording and add nothing to it.
Can I print on the printable stock?
Printable sticker stock lists the printer type it is made for. Check that against your own printer before ordering.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, on serviceable PIN codes at no extra charge.
Can I return an opened sticker pack?
No. Opened sticker and paper packs cannot be returned. Unopened items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat ₹49 applies anywhere in India. Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same evening.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable tax. Delivery, where it applies, is shown before payment.
Do you charge GST?
No. We are below the GST registration threshold and are not GST registered, so no GST is charged and no GSTIN is shown.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI as a prepaid option and Cash on Delivery on serviceable PIN codes. Cards are not accepted and no payment details are stored by us.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS at dispatch and works on the Track Your Order page.
