Preparing your order
Sticker sheets, decals and paper kits ship board-backed inside a rigid mailer so nothing arrives creased. Printable sticker stock travels in its sealed retail pack to keep the surface clean for a printer. Larger decals are rolled rather than folded, because a fold line in vinyl never fully disappears once it is applied.
Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day join that evening’s pickup, and anything after the cut-off is packed the next working morning. Monday to Saturday only — Sundays and public holidays are not dispatch days.
Shipping coverage
We deliver nationwide, to any serviceable PIN code, out of Thane, Maharashtra. A small number of remote PIN codes are not served by our courier partners, and checkout tells you before you pay rather than after.
There is no retail counter here. We sell and dispatch online only.
What you pay for delivery
Delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Below that a flat charge of ₹49 applies, whatever the size of the parcel and wherever in India it is going. The amount is visible in the cart, and no packing or fuel surcharge follows it.
Delivery windows
Metro deliveries usually run three to five business days from dispatch; other addresses take five to nine. Add 1 to 2 business days for packing.
They are estimates supplied by our courier partners. Conditions on the ground change them, and we would rather be honest about that than commit to a date.
Where is my parcel
A tracking link is sent by email and SMS as soon as the parcel is collected. You can also check it on the Track Your Order page. If nothing changes for three working days, contact [email protected] and we will push the courier.
Cash on Delivery is free to use across most serviceable PIN codes; the remaining few are prepaid-only and shown as such at checkout.
